Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

So here I am back with some more interesting information. SO if you're like me every now and then you get stressed and just need to take time off. This information that I have below is sure to make over your mood (well it will at least ease your stress).

According to Kristen McGee a yoga and pilates instructer we breath primarly through one nostril for 90 minutes to two hours then switch to the other...crazy ain't it. If you breath through the right side it makes us more alert, while the left side puts you at ease.

SO to calm down, and ease your pain use your right thumb to close your right nostril. Inhale throught the left slowly for one full breath (around about four seconds). Pause one second, pressing the left nostril with the ring finger. Lift thumb and exhale slowly out of the right nostril. Your supposed to repeat this 8 times. Now to perk up, you do the exact oppisite, if some of you don't get that it basically means you close your left nostril with your left instead of your right.

Now, let me tell you I have tried this technique and personally it has been a great benefit...I mean the upside of it is that if you have someone in front of you that is annoying doing this technique in front of them will surely shut them up.


Take 15 minutes to best yourself and relax. If your mind is tense your body will follow.
